I had communicated multiple times before arrival that I would be checking in very late (around 2:00 AM on August 1st), and the staff was incredibly accommodating with this unusual request. ## Smooth Late-Night Check-In Arriving at 2:30 AM, I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently everything was handled. The front desk gentleman was not only welcoming at that hour but also had everything ready since I had completed mobile check-in. He provided clear directions to parking with easy elevator access, which was especially helpful given the late hour. ## Thoughtful Flexibility What really impressed me was the spontaneous customer service. Without me even asking, the front desk agent extended my checkout time from the standard 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, recognizing that I had just arrived in the early morning hours. This kind of thoughtful service really sets a property apart. ## Quick Problem Resolution When I encountered a minor issue with my room key not working after returning from a food run, the front desk handled it immediately with no hassle or questions. The key was remade quickly, and I was back to my room without any stress. ## Overall Recommendation The combination of excellent customer service, flexibility with unusual requests, and quick problem resolution makes this Courtyard location stand out. The 18,000 Bonvoy points provided great value for a comfortable room with balcony, and the staff’s professionalism at all hours of the day was remarkable. **Would I stay again?** Absolutely. The breakfast, although not included in the rate, was quite good. Several choices made to order by friendly staff.

The place is beautiful, clean and rooms are spacious. Wish I could of stayed longer.
