Clean good sized room

The fridge is on a 2 hour timer. You can't store food in it or medication. I asked for a second ice bucket to try to make sure my insulin stayed cold, by floating it in additional bags the sweet front desk agent brought me. She was very helpful and offered to put it in the hotel fridges downstairs, but unfortunately, I needed it easily accessible. She immediately brought up a spare ice bucket and a few extra liners, even at 10 pm and was super friendly about it.

It was near the venue where we attended a party and the price is reasonable. I liked the suite room.

My request for the rooms to be in close proximity with the rest of my family was not followed. Two of the rooms were not also ready when my family members arrived. I know they were a bit late checking in, but I was not expecting that it won't still be ready at the time. I booked for 4 rooms with sofa bed but when I checked the rooms, there weren't any sofa bed available except for the suite that I stayed in. The rooms are generally clean but the lobby carpet needs an upgrade. There's a restaurant on site open during breakfast and lunch, then at 5pm for dinner.

Reception staff and housekeepers so helpful and friendly. They made it bearable. The Room ok . bed comfortable . Decor style is old fashioned and gloomy . Fascilities awful . No kettle. Cheap flimsy coffe maker in the room with cleaning crystals spluttering out of it into the coffee. Breakfast truly vile and inedible - a microwaved in its wrapper soggy wet bread egg sandwich. Salty greasy and disgusting . Sad bistro area . No food or coffee available during the day till 5pm. Kitchen service therefore not fit for purpose

We asked for a handicapped room with shower accessible for a handicap person & there was a tub that my wife could not lift her leg over to get in the shower. Then when I used the shower I could not get the handheld shower to work. One of the bath towels had a red substance, either nail polish or blood. Not very happy with our stay.

Friendly and very clean

Do not stay if you want to extend your stay, they will take advantage of that matter and charge you extra.

I had to go buy air fresheners of the room. Also had a homeless man walking around just about every night.
