Courtyard by Marriott Richmond West

Outdated decor, poorly cleaned room with comfy bed. Didn’t feel safe with the patio open to all. Had a couple of occasionally flickering lights, a loud AC unit, and no exhaust fan in bathroom. Closet needs WD-40 on hinges. Awful towels and toilet paper. The evening Bistro employee on 1/18 was rude, obnoxious, and seemed irritated to have someone order an alcoholic drink or food to be prepared. He didn’t have ingredients for a requested drink, so forced an unwanted one. Made us feel guilty for ordering food by sighing and exclaimed “now’s not the time to order food, man, you’re supposed to order a drink!”. The check-in and check-out employees were LOVELY and very helpful! We won’t be back, though.

Rooms were dirty and sink was clogging.

Bryan at the front desk was very welcoming and acommodating. Very comfortable stay.

Jerome at the front desk was so nice and helpful. My room was quiet and clean. The only thing I needed in my room was a microwave for convenience. I had to use the microwave in the lobby. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

My room bath clocked so I tell front desk they sent engineer, looks like he doesn’t know what he doing and didn’t fix, he tell me to change room, He left with out fix and a lot of hair in the bath hole he didn’t even take it out and he told me you want water go more faster ? What he mean faster ? I want fix, I been stay all my stay like this. Because I have heavy bag and my leg hurts. Can’t move other room, specially this hotel so long hallway

Stayed here two nights. The hotel was clean maybe a little dated, but overall well kept. No microwave in the rooms you have to go out to the lobby. Overall I would stay again if ever in Richmond again.
