Eine sehr moderne Einrichtung und Zentrale Lage des Hotels.

Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Das Frühstück konnte leider überhaupt nicht überzeugen. Fertiges Rührei, schlecht aufgebackene Brötchen, eine sehr kleine Auswahl an Belag für die Brötchen und generell kein großer Wert auf die Ästhetik.

Du gute Lage.

Die absolute Unfähigkeit des Personals zu kommunizieren. Probleme werden ignoriert und einfach ausgesessen. 2 Tage keine Antwort auf meine Reklamation. Trotz Zusicherrung eines ruhigen Zimmer, wurde mir ein Zimmer zwischen Aufzügen und Frühstücksraums gegeben. Nebendran direkt ein Kicker und ein Flipperautomat. Donnerstags Morgens zwischen 06.30Uhr und 09.00Uhr kein warm Wasser. Personal reagiert nicht auf Reklamationen. 3 Nächte €562, da erwarte ich einfach mehr Service.
