Sehr lange Wege im Hotel. Ausstattung teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Lose Fliesen im Bad.

"Gute zentrale Lage"

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Wir konnten schon eine Stunde früher einchecken. Futternapf und Leckerlie für unsere Hunde gab es auch. Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Reinigungspersonal macht einen guten Job und waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Angemessener Preis für die Tiefgarage. Hotel hatte eine gute und zentrale Lage.

Die Geräuschkulisse im Frühstücksraum empfanden wir sls unangenehm. Brot und Brötchen waren nur trockene Aufbackware. Ein Brot hatte sogar Gefrierbrand. Sehr überschaubares Angebot. Im Zimmer war es zu warm! Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht runterregulieren. Wir hatten 25 Grad im Zimmer. Vom Personal erhielten wir leidee keine Hilfe, nur den Rat das Fenster zu öffnen. Aber auch das Öffnen aller Fenster brachte nichts. Dafür war es, insbesondere in den frühen Morgenstunden, sehr laut, durch Be-und Entladung von LKW's, Lieferdienst für die umliegenden Geschäfte, Müllabfuhr und Stadtreinigung.
