The location is great!

We did not receive the room we asked for. Lady said all the rooms have balcony but it did not. We also didn’t get full pool view it was partial. The fridge didn’t work the whole time. The staff did not communicate it to the next shift staff

Tv in room

Shower head is gross. Mold on the headboards. Disgusting tub. Hallways are HOT. Elevator doesn’t show the floor when on it.

The shower doesn’t work because the screw comes out of the faucet and you can’t get shower to come on and then bar that helps you hold on you getin the shower is half is out of the wall

The paying extra for breakfast with booking was misleading. My husband presented the card before I could tell him the breakfast was included in booking fee. The attendant states he was going to take the charge off. It still hasn’t been removed. We did not have body wash or shampoo in the room. We were in room 344 the weekend of May 23-24 2026. We called the front desk to request some but never did receive it. I haven’t received my $50 incidental deposit back on my card. The only thing was the location was good. For the price I expected better service.

Other than the lobby, the hotel is way overdue to renovations and updates. Worn carpets, wallpaper peeling off, cracked tile in shower, no water pressure, and A/C had a hard time keeping room cool.
