Courtyard by Marriott Savannah Midtown

The hotel is perfect and clean , the staff was very rude they not smiling either , they not service nothing even cup off coffee, the parking not free , and is not cheap at all. At least service coffee good brand on the lobby it not cost you much .

Would have been higher but this is my 3rd time here when the restaraunt doesn’t open. This is one of the reasons i come here. Time to look elsewhere. On a positive note front desk personnel always nice and rooms are clean.

I really like the balcony area and the bed was very comfortable. Very clean and the staff was friendly.

Good morning, I am a loyal customer of Marriott Hotels because of their excellent attention and cleanliness and locations. First, I would like to thank you for your valuable time and addressing this matter at hand. For the record, this is the 1st time I have asked and demanded a “REFUND”. From the moment we arrived, after checking in with the front desk we parked as instructed and went around the east side of the building. Where the back door was open with a chair and we were greeted with abandoned boots and other belongings in the parking area! The entrance rug was dirty with stains and not vacuum. The inside of the elevator was the same. It got worst, once we got into our room #231 at the end of the hall next to the highway! I understood we were in for a bad stay! Here it comes, these are the facts for my “REFUND”; German Roaches on the counter at night! Missing Hair Blower in restroom Dirty Furniture with Stains Tub with Dirty Ring Floor Dirty Low Roll Toilet Paper Coffee Maker not working Balcony never been cleaned Front Desk Refused to Provide Coffee Worst of all, Elisabeth Austin, G.M., simply never addressed my complaints! Attached are all the supporting pictures to back up all my allegations! Now, let's be clear, I paid insurance and I expect a quick response and need the “Regional Manager”, to the Marriott Hotels in order to bring this matter to his attention.

The staff was wonderful, lots of parking and the room was decent and fully stocked with the necessities.

The porch was dirty, and so was the hallway, kids making a lot of noise in the hallway, the elevator needed fixing, and there a stagnant, stench water to one side of the parking lot.

Nice staff, nice property, safe space.

Staff was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I’ll be in Savannah for business a lot soon and this hotel will be on the top of my list.
