Pool is not clean They dont clean the room everyday There was no one helping me to get the luggage into my room The scent of the room was not good Size of beds is not good to accommodate two person

"Place was clean and convenient to Knott’s"

It was close to Knott’s berry farm and we were able to get to our rooms with ease

The Starbucks staff on premises lacked customer service. We felt like we were bothering her just to order our drinks in the morning
