Courtyard Anaheim Buena Park

Our room smelled old and dusty and our door wouldn’t close unless you used the handle again to unlock it. Shower was a little small and the tv was outdated

We have stayed here many times over the last 25 years and it always lives up to our expectations. This stay was equally as good, staff pleasant and helpful and the property well maintained and clean. A thoroughly enjoyable visit.

Walking distance to knotts berry farm, lots of dining options around as well. Starbucks coffee available in lobby, a big plus.

Beds could have been more softer

Die Unterkunft bei den Courtyard war super! Pool mit langen Öffnungszeiten, ideale Lage mit toller Bäckerei und Starbucks direkt daneben. Sehr günstiger und sicherer Parkplatz. Rundum ein richtig guter Aufenthalt!

Einziger Minuspunkt: der Türöffner war etwas defekt und die Tür schwer zu schließen.

We liked the room and the staff was very friendly. We got there a half hr after their checkin time and were asked to wait. I overheard the woman at the front desk on the phone saying it says their room is out of order. Apperently theyd done some work to it and it hadnt been cleaned yet. We were told it wouldnt be long but from the time we got there until we were able to check in was 40min. We'd planed to just quickly drop off our things and go somewhere so this was a big inconvinience.

Beautiful and clean.

I was kept on hold by the front desk for quite a while, which was frustrating. However, I'm grateful for the kindness of a lady crew member who helped me get assistance with a clogged shower drain. She went above and beyond, even though she was about to end her shift.

Check in was easy and the breakfast even though portions were tiny it was subpar. Those were the highlights.

We had 4 ppl, and they only gave 3 towels. Went to the front desk before going to knotts berry farm for the day to tell em we needed new towels and 4 of them since we went to the water park that first day n didn't want to reuse the same towels especially since we only had 3 to begin with. We wanted the trashes dumped, beds flipped and new sheets cuz again, chlorine. And needed new toilet paper. Our only roll was out. No backup was even provided. Upon our return to the room at midnight, trashes were done, and they dropped off towels, but again, only 3 of them. Bedding wasn't done, and we had no toilet paper.... at all. I complained to the front desk and they told me the assistant manager would contact me the next day after 10am when she got in. Cuz I was pissed with my stay. With the amount of money I spent, this experience was trash. That call never happened either. Guess I'm gonna have to do that myself as well.
