Wir waren mit dem Service sehr zufrieden

Bei der Parkplatzsituation vor Ort wäre es wünschenswert wenn ein Tiefgaragenplatz je Zimmer im Preis inbegriffen und verfügbar wäre. Kalkulatorisch bestimmt machbar da die Garage zum Haus gehört.

Geräumiges Zimmer

Das Zimmer für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität, dass uns bei der Anreise gleich durch Änderung zugewiesen wurde, hatte keine ebenerdige Duschmöglichkeit. Es gab kein Hilfsangebot beim Gepäck!

Die Lage vom Hotel hat mir sehr gefallen.

Die Klimaanlage stand aus Ausstattung im Angebot, jedoch war diese im gesamten Hotel defekt. Während meines Aufenthalts waren es 27 Grad und schlechte Luft im Zimmer.

Freundliches und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Guter Parkplatz auch für Motorräder. Umfangreiches Frühstück. Sehr gute Lage mit kurzem Fußweg zu historischen Gebäuden und Parks und unweit der Weißen Elster. Zimmer Sehr angenehme Größe.
