Die Zimmereinrichtung ist sehr veraltet. Die Betten durchgelegen. Der Teppich benötigt dringend eine Reinigung. Für eine Nacht geht es.

"Schönes Hotel mit viel Atmosphäre"

Gutes Hotel mit Atmosphäre und leckerem Frühstück. Die Zimmer haben viel Flair. Allerdings finden wir es immer wieder aufs Neue ätzend, dass in einem 4 Sterne Hotel schlichtweg kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer ist. Wir haben Medikamente, die kühl gelagert werden müssen und gerne mal einen kalten Weißwein. WLAN so gerade noch schnell genug.

Sehr nett, die Zimmer waren sauber und das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Es ist daher optimal für alle die das Ruhrgebiet besichtigen.

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass ich mir gleich beim Einchecken sagen lassen haben müssen, es wäre noch nicht bezahlt, bzw. meine Kreditkarte wäre nicht gedeckt gewesen. Ich hatte direkt bei der Buchung per Paypal an Expedia bezahlt -schlechte Organisation!!! Die Bar war am Abend nicht besetzt und mein Zimmer roch nach kaltem Rauch.

waren zwei Tage da zwecks Musicalbesuch in Oberhausen; sehr nettes Personal; Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und geräumig; Lage ist gut-Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in 5min erreichbar.

Besonders positiv aus ökologischer Sicht ist die Möglichkeit, anzugeben, ob das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll (man kann eine Karte raushängen, um die entsprechende Angabe zu machen). Das Personal am Empfang und im Frühstücksraum ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend!
