Ibis Styles Regensburg Hotel

Foi uma grata surpresa a excelente experiência nesse hotel. O atendimento foi impecável, desde a recepção até o restaurante. Equipe sensacional! Super recomendo

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Kinderbereich war top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The quality of breakfast went down in the last eight years, unfortunately. Oh, wie Schade!

The staff at the restaurant are nice. Breakfast was also good. Our check-in was terrible though. First they gave us the wrong room, a suite, and then when we came down to tell them the sofa bed for our room is not prepared they informed us that we actually got the better room than the one that they booked but since the bed is not made they will cancel the upgrade. Okaaaayyy. Then they gave us a room with not enough towels which tells us that it was not prepared for 4 people and the lamp makes this annoying whistling noise when turned off so we had to turn it on the whole night but covered it with a sock to block off the light or else we wont be able to sleep. The next morning we informed them that we would like to have the room cleaned and we came back to the hotel room in the evening with nothing done. We complained about the matter at the reception and got two gummy bears as compensation(?). Very laughable. The next day our room was somehow "cleaned", new towels were put but the bed was not made at all. Until at the end of our stay the lamp was still making this whistling noise and we just made do with turning it on covered with a sock. We stayed there for 5 nights with 2 small kids. Not going to recommend this hotel at all.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location for a cyclist. I could ride on the Donau directly from the hotel and relax with a nice drink after a ride in the outdoor seating area. Breakfast was also very good.

Trevlig vistelse på en fin hotell med bra standard och relativt nära gamla stans mittpunkt. Har bokad även hemresan med övernattning på samma hotell.

Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut! Das Abendessen war durchschnittlich und nicht zu empfehlen! Auch die Zimmerausstattung ist auf das Wesentliche beschränkt. Für Geschäftsreisen praktikabel!

Sauber, nettes Personal

Unser Schlafsofa war leider defekt und die Sauberkeit war nur ok. Hätte besser sein können. Leider war an dem Tag ein riesiger Zirkus vor der Tür, der bis spät Vorstellungen hatte. Es war wirklich laut.
