Ibis Styles Regensburg Hotel

The room was very spacious, nice and clean. The breakfast is just amazing. The parking costs about 8 eur/night which is not too bad.

Good location, very close to the motorway, very helpful staff, good breakfast. The restaurant has a lovely view.

Nice people, so-so hotel. Hard to get to from the bus that doesn’t run that often. Food not so good. Remote location. AC weak.

Very difficult getting to it from the train station, even after calling hotel had to pull my luggage through streets for 2 miles. Once I was there it was a pleasant stay with a nice room and comfortable bed, but I was exhausted. 30 min walk to sites and old city.

We stayed one night at this hotel. The rooms were clean and a reasonable size and the beds were comfortable. Staff were good. Internet worked well. The hotel is a half hour walk from the old town where there were many shops and restaurants - the walk is a bit unexciting, mainly walking along the river. There were no tea / coffee making facilities or ironing board in the room. Paid parking was available outside the hotel and easy to use. Breakfast was included in our tariff and this was good - you need the breakfast included because there are no restaurants or cafes in the area.

The hotel was right on the river. We could see cruise barges going by. The people were great. Had a slight mix up but got fixed right away. They gave very good directions. The breakfast was great. We ate there both nights and the food was good. The waiter George was fun. Really enjoyed him. when it was slow he was able to stop for a few minutes and talk. Hotel room was comfortable and modern. I would stay there again for sure. I would go a different time of year so we could sit out on the patio and watch the boats and barges go by.

Was attending a conference at the University. Hotel was a little too far away though but I enjoyed the walks through the city. The local bus is very infrequent which makes it inconvenient when arriving or leaving with baggage.

We were visiting friends, so our stay was great. Hotel is above average for the area. We have been at this hotel in both the spring and winter, Go in the spring, winter cold takes on new meaning.
