"Not like all Courtyards"

I was accommodated with early check in from the airport. Got to my room, toilet worked but didn’t work, after 1 night discovered some unwanted guess moved to another room. The best room darkening blinds ever. The hotel overall needs some work. The indoor pool looked dingy and uninviting and there’s no ice machine in the hallway.

Not much. It was dirty.

The room they put us in was a handicapped room and it was literallly like sleeping in a nursing home. I hope the smell comes out of our luggage and clothes. Just awful.

Check in was wonderful. I hate I can’t remember the front desk agents name, but she was great. The room was nice. Only downfall is the positioning of the AC, and there’s no microwave, other than that. Great property great stay.
