Excellent place to stay in Brandon. Every employee is friendly, especially the lady who chscked me in, who I feel terrible about not remembering her name. Starts with a L and she has been there 12 years. Wonderful example and representation of your company.

A comfortable room! Bathroom needs a renovation. Friendly staff, conveniently located, heavy traffic. The main entrance sign was taken out by Hurricane Milton. Walking to several restaurants within ten minutes. Ample parking is available at times....

"Hurricane response"

Stayed here during the response to Hurricane Milton. This was a great experience. The staff here from Gina Long, the sales manager to the Bistro team, Yaya, Karina, and Rachel, and front desk associates, Lan, Han, Jayla, and Denise. The incredible smiles they kept on their faces even after being hit by a hurricane showed amazing resiliency, and it really showed their dedication to hospitality, making every guess feel at home. Extremely attentive and courteous. They all seemed like one big happy family and it showed in the work they did.
