Courtyard Tampa Downtown

Our experience was fantastic. Jimmy was very helpful with our bags and helping my wife with the wheelchair.

Courteous staff

I stayed at the Courtyard in stamps and valet my car. Imad and Jimmy were both great in getting my car quickly and very cordial. They both helped me at different times and both were cordial and friendly.

This was such a great stay for us. The location was perfect to walk to nearby places as well as convenient to drive in and out of the city. The staff were great especially Jimmy at the valet. He always welcomed us back and gave tips on places to go.

The valet guy Jimmy was great! Very respectful, punctual and welcoming. The hotel was in a good location close to everything.

Stayed one night after our cruise. We were mainly just hoping they would store our luggage until check-in, but we actually got to check in at 10 am on a Saturday! Which we were so grateful for. Check-in was smooth. Rooms were huge, gigantic TV, large bathroom and shower although after a week in a cruise ship stateroom maybe some of that was perspective… A little noisy outside with location near downtown thoroughfares and the place does show signs of wear, but we weren’t bothered by any of that. It’s pretty close to the riverwalk and maybe a 10-15 minute walk to the end of the trolley line, if that helps.

10/10 experience, great valet as well

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for an overnight stay in Tampa. The concierge Anastasia was lovely and gave us some great recommendations for places to visit and where to eat. The valet Jimmy was absolutely brilliant, very helpful and went above and beyond in acommodating our needs for the night and the day after. The staff and hotel are excellent and I can't recommend them enough.
