Courtyard Tampa Downtown

Hotel is located in downtown Tampa with valet parking available and, self parking lot located across the street. Check in was seamless and they had our room ready sooner than the 4pm check in time. Room was clean and very quiet except for the occasional loud car that came down the street. Bistro service by both Jackie and Sharby was exceptional. They both helped me get a cup of coffee after they wiped down the area and closed for the morning which got my day off to a perfect start. Would definitely stay here again.

Received outstanding service. Lebryan was curtious and friendly and helped me a great deal. When my wife forgot something in the car, he happily ran back and got the car for me. Great service.

Great hotel and the valet Cristian was awesome helping with our car and recommendations for food. Right on the heart of the city and very accessible to major attractions.

Today I had a very pleasant encounter with the valet service. The person name was Labrian and his personality and attitude really made my day. I may have spelled is name wrong but the young man working there when I checked in around 3:30pm was an excellent young man so I wanted to let everyone know how this young man made my day.

Lots of problems with the hotel. Corridor carpet is filthy. Rooms whilst they are spacious are well worn & the harder you look the more damage you see. No room safe! Fridge not working. Bathroom design out of proportion. Lots of noise from the street. Unable to get a coffee in the morning. Bar seemed to be never open. Gym is very small as is the pool area. We’d consider it a basic hotel. Not one we’d likely come back to. Although, the valet guys Labryon, Christian & Imad were such a pleasure to engage with & did their best to make our stay a memorable one.

The Valet team was very courteous and welcoming. Timely with getting our vehicle. Good experience. LaBryan and Cristian were great hosts.

The dresser had water rot where the fridge is stored so I was concerned about mold. $40 for valet was a surprise since the website only said valet available, not required. $50 incidental deposit also not disclosed on the website when booking the room.. I will avoid your hotel chain in the future.

Dirty
