Food at the bar was efficient and tasty and not over priced

We do not care for the very low toilets.

The hotel was very clean and up to date. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The shuttle came right on time for 5am pick up and got us to the airport in a timely manner. The only down fall is there isn't a hot tub, only a pool.

Ki booked and paid for 5 rooms despite this one of my party was told he Had to pay for his room I have also had 2 other problems when booking with hotels . Com Both promptly ignored Costing me a few hundred dollars Not worth using the hotels . Com app these days

We had two adjoining rooms with our son and 2 granddaughters. 1. The first night there was no cook. No dinner at the restaurant. Ordered pizza. 2. Breast fast was buffet only, $18 plus tax each. Didn’t know $10 for kids. 3. Second night, restaurant was not open. Nobody informed us there was a full menu at the bar. So, my son and husband brought leftover pizza from room fridge down to mini mart to heat up that in a small microwave. NO MICROWAVE IN ROOMS. It was a real struggle for 5 of us for over 2 days. We purchased these rooms thinking we could get food at this restaurant. We spent a great deal of $ at the little mini mart. A candy bar was $5. It really did affect our stay. Hence the 2 star rating. We were told “not busy enough to open the restaurant. Ugh
