The room was still relatively clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff is very helpful. There is a mini grocery and coffee bar downstairs and the hotel is located within short driving distance of restaurants, movie theater, and other attractions.

This hotel is tired. It’s seen better days. The place feels big and abandoned. It’s on a busy thoroughfare.

Had to go out for all food. Nothing except awful coffee offered to guests in morning. Location good for us .

The only thing was the phone in the room was not working. I had to go to the front desk for a quick question

It’s very convenient

Check-in process was tedious, first attendant said I didn’t have a reservation and was rude then when I showed her the confirmation #, she took my phone and began scrolling thru it, said I created with a different name! Ridiculous! Then she didn’t have the room available that I booked but did accommodate me after 35 minutes! It shouldn’t take that long to check in after traveling most of the day! Unacceptable customer service and I’m not sure I’ll continue to book there!
