"Lack of information about breakfast and housekeeping was VERY disappointing."

When I checked in on 3/12/26 I was told by reception person that there was no breakfast other than bagels and cream cheese. I was very disappointed.

I was NEVER informed that the front desk needed a 24 hour notice in order to have my room cleaned. I stayed there 4 evenings and NEVER had my room cleaned, new soap, new towels, etc. For that reason I doubt I will ever stay there again or recommend it to friends/family.
