Super séjour, très bel hôtel bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur le Vésuve, le personnel est adorable ! Les chambres d'une propreté irréprochable dans un endroit très calme allez y sans hésiter

Vriendelijk personeel. Altijd parking beschikbaar. Mooi uitzicht. Hotel is mooi onderhouden/netjes. Ontbijt is goed Koffie uit de machine is wel heel slecht maar je kon koffie vragen achter de toog en die was veel beter.

在意大利玩了2周，这家酒店是最糟糕的。首先，酒店的位置很偏僻，在预定时通过email联系酒店，酒店回复是有班车的，但是我们到的时候被告知班车取消了，造成我们第一天从火车站到酒店花了极长的时间。其实，酒店距离最近的火车站车程8分钟，但是打车单程需要30欧，可以坐公交，但是公交车班次极少而且极不准时，如果步行的话，一路上坡，而且很多路段没有专门的步行道，汽车就在身边行驶，很危险且尾气很厉害。其次，虽然酒店位于山上，但前方还是有遮挡，景色一般，早上5点天一亮，周围就有公鸡打鸣，晚上路边还有野狗出没。最后，最后一晚发现住的211房间的阳台门另外一边的锁是坏的，从开放式阳台可以直接进房间，很不安全。

After spending two weeks in Italy, this hotel was the worst part of the trip. First, the hotel is located in a very remote area. When we made the reservation, we contacted the hotel via email, and they confirmed there was a shuttle service. However, upon arrival, we were told the shuttle had been canceled, which made our first-day journey from the train station to the hotel extremely long and inconvenient. While the hotel is only an 8-minute drive from the nearest train station, a one-way taxi ride costs €30. There is a bus option, but the service is infrequent and highly unreliable. Walking is also an option, but the route is uphill the entire way, with no dedicated pedestrian path. Cars drive dangerously close, and the exhaust fumes are overwhelming. Second, although the hotel is situated on a hill, the view is mediocre due to obstructions in front. At 5 a.m., as soon as the sun rises, roosters start crowing loudly, and at night, stray dogs roam the streets. Finally, on our last night, we discovered that the balcony door in Room 211 was broken—the lock on one side didn’t work, meaning anyone could enter the room directly from the open balcony, which was very unsafe.

Excellent séjour Personnel au petit soin Roof top génial pour prendre un verre ou profiter des salades et assiettes de melon/jambon sur une splendide vue sur le Vésuve et la baie de Naples Petit bémol du petit déjeuner (jus de fruits industriels coupés à l’eau …)

De kamer, deze was in 1 woord fantastisch!

Dat toen wij wat wilde drinken bij de roofbar dat deze dicht was. Toen wilde we wat gaan drinken in de bar beneden en daar was geen barman. Degene die er was kon geen aperol spritz/ lemon spritz maken. Alleen konden we wijn krijgen.
