I did not stay at the Days Inn. I was refused a room because my name did not match the name on the credit card. I have stayed here numerous times and it has never been an issue to verify with a waiver but I was told it could not be done. I asked that the room fee be refunded and he insisted that it was me who needed to cancel the booking. There was no option to cancel the booking. I need to be refunded immediately. I proceeded to a different hotel where they were able to verify the information and provide the waiver form without an issue.
