Bed uncomfortable, pillows hard , hallway very noisy. Was told cant take plate of breakfast to my room but I was given a pass . Was a,terrible breakfast anyway . Coffee tastes like soap

The amenities around

The bathroom wasn't fully functional had to go to Williams to use facilities mentioned to staff made me feel like it was my fault . Asked for 2 plastic fork and knife and could only give me 1 fork. Although the breakfast time had lots. Needed it to feed my kids. Breakfast cereals not kid friendly. Been to lots of hotels. This one was very unexpected and not clean at all even found change and heart monitor stickers behind bed when looking for remote.
