Every room has its own air conditioner at every single one has seen better days. The unit in that room was fairly noisy. The toilet also gave up the ghost and refuse to flush because the chain it disconnected itself from the flapper valve. The staff however what lovely and it was clean and reasonably quiet. Breakfast was fairly disgusting but at least it was included.

Stephanie at the front counter was great. The indoor pool was great, breakfast was great the kitchen lady was very attentive. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Best Western is quickly becoming our go to hotel for family trips!

The air conditioner sounded like a genorator was in our room. I went to the desk in tears asking for arplugs becuse of it and they didnt have any, they didnt offer anything as far as offering to move us etc. either. I went to relax and got no sleep. The hotel seemed nice but I was too tried to tell. I made the reservation and then called to make sure the hot tub was in working order. It was, but it wasn't very clean. A greenish marking on the tile at the waterline was the first indicator, the second being that it turned all my silver jewelry black.
