There was mold in the bathtub, stains on the sheets, workers drinking near the pool area, very bad weed smell throughout the hotel. Overall the hotel was very dirty and run down. We originally booked two nights and ended up leaving after one night due to the horrible condition of this hotel.

Didn’t eat breakfast onsite.

The toilet shower area smelled musty the whole time and the shower rod is broken. The floor was damaged. In 4 days the room was never cleaned and we had to get clean towels and toss our own trash. I killed 2 spiders. Also, it took about 4 minutes to run the water before it turned warm. The swim towels stayed in a wet pile for days , staff told us to leave them in the room.

Location good right on the main road into Manistee

Tub faucet dripped continuously, bathroom smelled like urine, sleeping area also had a musty odor

I am President of ROLOU LLC and prepaid a room for 2 employees. When they got there were told didn't have a reservation. I had confirmation number and payment gone through. When I called hotel was told they had a confirmation it hadn't been paid EVEN THOUGH I HAD A RECEIPT. I said I'd pay again and straighten it out later. I was told I couldn't pay with a c a rd unless I took pictures of it send it to them etc. I originally booked with a card! That would have been our 1st time using a Baymont hotel and my people travel and stay I n hotels constantly, however with this fiasco, we'll never attempt again. The location was nice for what we were in town for.

The bathroom had mold inside the tub, there was a strong weed smell in our hallway, the beds were not comfortable, the breakfast was the same every single day, both of our room cards deactivated, and every time we went to walk in the hallway there was a worker taking up the whole walkway and would roll their eyes when we would say excuse me so we could get by.

Everything was fine. Room was good. Hotel upkeep was good. Staff was amazing!!!

View could’ve been better but that’s out of the hotels control. Kids not screaming across the hall would’ve also been nice.

The breakfast and the staff was friendly
