Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG

The location was good for quick access to the Subway. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room had everything required. Property was clean.

I booked and paid for a King- got a Queen. Access is difficult when you arrive by car- no place to park to check in and get parking pass. I stayed in this hotel many years ago and it was grand. This time it was just average. Use of space in the lobby area is compromised making everything look cramped and messy. Once in the parking garage there were no luggage carts to transport belongings. The rooms are very small. Because it is in the hospital area - there were lots of sirens through the night.

Fabulous location, clean comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast.

The elevators were slow but it was very busy given the tournament in town.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Frühstück mit Porzellan Geschirr und einer guten Auswahl. Gegenüber des Hotels ist ein schöner Pub mit Sitzplätzen im freien.

The hotel had a great location and I liked the bar tenders at the hotel’s bars and the guy who was helping guests with directions and getting Ubers. The room was also fairly clean; all be it a bit small and dark.

I hated the $40 a day/night charge for parking in the hotel’s parking deck which was also hard to find. Likewise, I felt deceived about our supposedly free breakfasts at the hotel that were anything but. Some of the staff at the front desk acted like they didn’t want to be bothered with us and they weren’t very helpful. The room was also quite small and a bit old and dingy looking; although it seemed clean.

Too much noise from outside during night. Need to have better windows to eliminate the amount of noise

Close to everywhere I needed to go.

I didn't love how you could see the light outside the room from where I was trying to sleep. And there was loud construction throughout the evening.

It's in an ideal location.

The room that I was switched to was not worth the price.
