Days Inn by Wyndham Kingman East

The desk clerk at the Marriott referred us here because they were full. I don’t know what they were thinking. To be fair, the sheets were clean and the manager who check me in was very nice. But my room is a dump. It smells like a mix of cigarette and weed smoke. The are peeling brown patches on the tub and toilet seat. The bed is not even flat. If it were not a prepaid room and late at night after a long day of driving, I’d be getting out of here. At least the AC works.

Nothing. It was run down in a derelict neighborhood, full of drug addicts and homeless people.

The rooms were disgusting. They were not even cleaned. If you pull back the bed sheets you can see crumbs in the bed. There were stains all over the floor. Not even clean towels. There were stains on the wall. It looked like someone had been murdered in this room. The area was so unsafe and unsanitary that we did not stay.

Was given a dirty room with someone else's hair everywhere in the bathroom upon arrival, was given a different room with the same issue and missing half the bedding. Front desk told me "I don't think you're going to be happy here so I'll just have the manager refund you within 5-7 business days" it has now been a month and they hang up on me on the phone, tell me to "call back when the manager is in the office," and are vastly unhelpful and I'm left with a $60 charge for a night I did not stay. Update 4 months later: I have called the hotel/Wyndham/Expedia no less than 50 times and the hotel will not refund me for a night they essentially told me to leave the property because I "wouldn't be happy" when they gave me two rooms that were quite literally health concerns. Anyone I can get on the phone (extremely rare) at the hotel states that the "general manager" is out and barely comes in to work and they are the only one who can approve a refund. At one point an employee was extremely rude to me and they have now started hanging up whenever I call and have absolutely zero care for any kind of problem solving with my situation. DO NOT STAY HERE

Location was just off the Interstate

Not the quality of Days Inn. Old mismatched furniture was in the rooms. Parking was not available near the room. Most occupants were living there, broken down vehicles, campers in the parking lot. People smoking outside all around the building. I felt very unsafe.

Front desk was courteous tried to accommodate me the best they. could.

First room I tried to check into had a juice in the toilet second room no hot water to shower with. Urban survivalist/homeless tweakers we're in the parking lot I didn't feel safe at all being a 71-year-old man not good.

The price was reasonable.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the shower had issues, the room needed a paint job desparately, and one reason we stayed there as breakfast was offered. I entered the office in the morning around 7:30 and there was no one there even after ringing the bell and one gentleman knocking on the door to employee area. There was no breakfast and it looked like whoever was working there had walked out of their job. I wrnt back to our room to get ready to leave and 45 min later there was still no one in the office and still no breakfast. Not a great way to run a motel. ,

The place was dirty. We had to leave after coming back from eating we couldn't stay the night there. We had to go to another hotel. The beds were broke it smelled. Nasty . I wish I could get my money back.
