Days Inn by Wyndham Anaheim West

The staff was great, first ofd. But the property itself was dirty, bugs in the room, mold in the bathroom, the beds were incredibly hard so we all got poor sleep, and the light over the sink didnt work very well (sometimes you had to jiggle the switch). This hotel was the closest one to Disneyland, which is known for their pristine environment, so quite the stark contrast.

When we first walked into the room it was incredibly stuffy and smelled, part exhaust fumes and part stale. The beds were fine, seemed clean. The rest of the room seemed neglected. One of the two toilet paper roll holders looked like it might fall off and take a piece of the wall, nothing even close to being 'updated' (and by that I mean just generally taken care of and replaced where needed) and the faucet was gross. Don't know what's going on there. I didn't even bother taking a shower. We arrived after 10, at 11p our neighbors showed up. I don't know how many people were in the room but kids were yelling and screaming, and the adults were yelling too. I looked outside a few times because they were so loud, I thought they were right outside our room. It was an hour before they settled down. Can't call down to the front desk because even though there's a phone, there's no direct connect. Don't believe the other reviews. The bed may be clean, but pay the extra $20-50 and sleep somewhere else.

Room was nice and large, plenty of space and had a table and couch!

The shower curtain kept sliding into the middle opening it, made it a little difficult to comfortably shower in.

I don’t leave negative reviews but I feel I have to. We arrived late at night and very quickly had to move rooms after finding what looked like bodily fluids all over the bed and floor. The next room wasn’t much better, if you took your shoes off, your socks and feet were instantly black. Everything was so SO dirty. We checked out the next morning after talking with the staff about the condition of the rooms and we were still charged an additional night to be able to check out. Very very displeased with the entire experience. Did not regret leaving at all. Donnot stay here! Save your money!

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!

You lied on site about the walking distance to Disneyland saying it was a 4 minute walk to Disneyland when in fact it was an 18 minute walk to catch a free tram to take you to Disneyland. This was the main reason we booked this hotel. Then it was disgusting and filthy. Non working refrigerator in our 1st room ruined our groceries. They then moved us to a 2nd equally disgusting room with a working refrigerator. Their explanation when confronted about the difference in distance was that Booking.com puts it on there, Booking.com states hotel puts it on there. Couldn't get a straight answer or help from anyone. Both sides are liars. We booked this for our 25th Anniversary and it was ruined by this. I was so mad that after multiple phone calls to Booking.com I lost my temper and used expletives. After getting no help OR a reasonable solution in multiple phone calls, I was extremely frustrated and felt very deceived. You both basically took our money and screwed us over. Go back and listen to your recorded calls, at least 4, that I made to Booking.com. Your own agents contradicted each other multiple times, promising refunds, compensation and then nothing in the end which is when I finally lost my temper. Your manager argued with me that Google maps showed a 4 minute walk and that is a blatant lie. I have my run keeper route that I recorder with the distance and time to walk from the hotel to the free tram and then also from the tram ride to Disneyland. I will continue to tell EVERYONE I know and continue to post all over social media to NEVER use Booking.com because they are not an ethical company and do not stand behind OR take responsibility for the listings that they allow to be posted on their site. AND, the beds were hard as a lump of rocks, ½ of the bulbs in room burned out. I'm sure you won't post this truth on your site as you ONLY post LIES!!!!

Typical motel. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and limited breakfast. They have a coffee maker in the room but no coffee. I did a pre-checked online but Front desk was still asking for my vehicle information. It was nice that they let us checked in early.

If like us you wanted somewhere cheap to stay nearish to Disneyland and you're planning on a 16 hour park day so you don't really care about the hotel, this is it. The free breakfast is packaged muffins, prepackaged cereal and boxed orange juice. The pool is actually next door's pool so you have to walk on the sidewalk to get to it. The rooms are ok and everything feels a little run down. You're a good mile from Downtown Disney, which in turn is a good 10 minute walk to the actual park entrances, so be ready for a half hour walk minimum before you even hit the parks.

Just the price.

The room wasn’t clean: sticky countertops, stains on the sheets, and there was even a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. Disgusting. The hotel was also next to a freeway. I wasn’t able to get rest because it was super noisy all night long.
