Villa Deh Simba at Ayana With Private Pool

Hard to find as there is no physical signage with showing the name anywhere and it wasn’t sufficiently clear that it’s part of the larger residential complex called Jasmine Towers which is one of many private villas and hotels located in the wider Ayana estate. Taxi drivers had never heard of Villa Dey Simba, but were aware of Jasmine Towers.

We loved the Villa! It was huge, extremely clean and very beautiful with a lovely private pool. Everything you could want - lovely beds, good aircon and buggy pickup whenever needed

Nothing! I was nervous it may have not been clean from a previous review but that was unwarranted. It was beautiful and fantastic value

Mouse poo everywhere on the floors, very badly stained bed sheets, pillows (also kinda damp feeling) and entire villa had this gross musty, almost old rubbish smell to it. The villa is huge and looks exactly like the photos, hosts were very nice on arrival. Location is within Ayana 100 acre section. You can call a buggy to pick you up anywhere within Resort. But the villas are off to the side, grounds are less kept than Ayana, Segara, Rimba. The villas themselves look, feel and smell like they're used 3 times a year. Hence the mouse poo and the smell of the place. The pool side day bed is filthy, you'd have to have a shower after you lay on it. Ended up checking out within 2 hours and staying at Ayana Segara which was amazing. Hosts were happy to refund money in full and that was that. If dirty doesn't phase you, this is an absolute bargain! If it does, stay clear.

The property only communicated to us the check in instructions on the day before our booking date, causing us very much anxiety that we may be homeless. On top of that, the contact information they provided was incorrect. While staying at the property, the pillow covers we received had holes in them, despite the booking mentioning breakfast was included, the host did not honor it and repetitively denied it was included. They were also extremely rude. Lastly, the property confuses many taxi drivers as the instructions getting there are not clear in the property itself. To get in and out of the property is a pretty long trek. Overall, had the host been less rude, the experience would have been much better.

The property is nice, luxurious and the price is very good.

The staff wasn’t too comunicative. Ayana residence is inside Ayana hotel but not the same thing. Rhe staff here will tell you upon arrival that you don t have access to Ayana hotel s pools. Try your luck

the pool was excellent, the villa is stunning, and we could easily get taxis to where we wanted.Breakfast was average, with everything cold by the time it got to the table.

We were not expected. had to get another guest to phone, and the lady seemed shocked we were checking in that day. She arrived soon after, but was such a rush gave us the wrong key and didn't explain anything. said breakfast would be delivered at 9am. it came at 8am while we were sleeping. Said cleaning was at 1pm and they came at 11am. We had scaffolding go up outside the villa on the first day and down on our last day. Lack of privacy and loss of enjoyment due to workman. They did give us 2hours in the thalassotherapy pool to compensate, which was nice.We couldn't use the day bed which was covered by a tarpaulin and filthy. It was very hard for the taxi to find the location.

Great place with great service. We will come back!
