Motel 6-Kingston, TN

They had a Very nice staff. The accommodations were Very comfortable. I will stay again!

Bed was okay, room was clean.

No blow dryer for your hair, refrigerator in first room was broken, had to move, rooms were very basic. If your looking for comfort you will not find it here, not enough towels and no extra blankets for bed.

The room was fine, clean.

Checking in through glass. I prefer going to a desk so it doesn't feel like I'm in a bad location.

Staff members lived on property and had Pitts. The Pitts were not kept on a chain one tried to go after my husband and dogs. When the complaint was brought up to management he refused to help us and told us to call the cops. They also charge a damage deposit claiming you will get it back at check out but this did not happen. I called numerous times and was assured that the money would go on my card several weeks later still no refund and they are now refusing to pick up my calls. Bank even said they haven't seen any evidence of the refund. Wouldn't go back due to poor business practices and safety issues with the dogs and the owner

Very clean, well lit and good location.

Nothing really worth complaining about. It’s a very minimalist motel, but certainly has everything we needed. Would stay again.

Friendly staff

Bed was very uncomfortable. The room had 2 beds and both had dips in the mattress and was very uncomfortable. Sheets stained. There was food crumbs on the side of the mattress frame, very easy to see.
