Comfort Inn & Suites Greeley

We arrived late in the evening and checked in. The system had our contact information incorrect and we had to give our address and phone number several times as the employee didn’t seem to know what to do and another employee had to come out and help her. The room was extremely warm at almost 80 degrees. The air conditioner took a long time to cool off the room but finally did. Our room had several moths flying around and overall felt pretty dated. The room didn’t feel as clean as we would have expected or liked in a hotel. The stay was fine but we were glad it was only one night. The breakfast was a little underwhelming in the morning. Overall it was fine but we wouldn’t book here again in the future.

The bed.

The room smelled STALE; I think it was the carpet, probably hasn't been cleaned, I had to borrow room spray from the front desk.! . Elevator ,filthy. Could not figure out how to turn on shower, ; never used a fixture like it ! Anywhere, not even in Europe! The staff was nice ., overworked ,so you could save money ; apparently. Hot tub especially despicable; pool , not a lot better . BROUGHT our swin suits ,did not attempt to get in , didn't want to catch anything nasty.! Breakfast was ok, what it should be for the price. Should have stayed at a Motel 8 !!!!

Great area, nice facility.

There was hair all over the bathroom and stuff still in the shower. The bed was fine thank goodness but floors filthy and you can tell no one cares to mop

Beds were comfortable. The T.V. Didn’t work when I turned it on, it said the cable needed to be hooked up. I plugged in the cable to the T.V. and it worked but I shouldn’t have had to do that. Bathroom floor had cracked tiles. Never counter the internet to work. The staff was not friendly. They didn’t talk to you or greet you

The location was close to everything. That's what really sold me on staying there. Had a great little set up of your one of the pic breakfast set ups.

I noticed the sheets probably were clean???, but I noticed stains on them which is just grosses. In any kind of hospitality, setting stained sheet should be tossed and thrown away!
