Comfort Inn & Suites Greeley

The breakfast was pretty good

The whole reason I booked here was for the pool and hot tub, but they were both not working for out stay, the staff told us each day that it was supposed to be up and working that day and it never got fixed. I paid full price for amenities that were unavailable the entire time.

Hefty price at $230 for 1 night mid-week and the hotel is less than welcoming. The front desk staff was absent for more than 10 mins when I tried to check in @7pm. Opened the door to the room assigned & found it had unmade beds and was not cleaned. Returned to the front desk and the staff didn’t believe me. She reluctantly assigned another room but was unapologetic for the inconvenience.

The front desk staff had my family wait in the lobby for 30 minutes to check in. There wasn't a line nor was it busy. When they did help us they weren't friendly and they didn't apologize for making us wait. The room was dirty, it smelled and the TV didn't work. There were cigarette burns on the curtains. Although the floor we were on was smoke free the hallway smelled of smoke. Terrible staff service and un clean would not recommend staying at this place. 👎🏼

I was there for (2) evenings. First morning there was no hot water and was not repaired by the time I needed to leave. I needed a shower that morning badly. It was back on when I returned that evening and was able to shower. I asked if I got any compensation for the inconvenience when I left the next morning and was told no. I will not be returning ever and will make sure I spread the word

Staff was friendly and checked us in quickly, room in great condition and clean, our bed was comfortable, breakfast buffet was very good, the hotel is pet friendly. We always stay here when we visit Greeley, CO. The only thing that could be improved upon is having a nice setting area outside.

There was 4 black spider in my room and smelled like mold. My room was by the first floor where the fitness room was and it was flooded with water

After staying at the Country Inn next door, we came to the Comfort Inn that was head and shoulders above Country Inn. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were both clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was ok. The room was clean enough but the continental breakfast was not good and the floor in the lobby was very sticky.

Nothing special. Staff was amazingly friendly.
