Food options were limited but the bed was really comfortable.

This hotel is clean with a pleasant staff, but the artificial fragrance when you enter the lobby about bowls you over. The smell permeates the hallways and into the rooms. It made me physically quite sick, and I so wish we would have just walked right out again. Many people in the general population cannot tolerate synthetic fragrances, and not everyone likes it either. We won't go back.

Just ok. The floors were not clean. It had been swept but turned socks brown instantly when walking on it. Sheets and towels looked brand new.

Service at the hotel was decent. People were nice. Except cleaning ladies seemed as though there was an issue when we were just giving them our trash and asking for a new trash bag. We were only there for two nights so wasn’t a problem knowing they didn’t need to come in the room to clean. When we checked in though and headed to our room on the second floor it was hot upstairs in the hallways. I did notice they just had window open to hallways and that was it. Which honestly is ridiculous. We went into the room and it was hot in there as well. Knowing that they were going to have that room filled it would have been nice to have it cooled down or at least not extremely hot in there. Breakfast is not like the pictures at all so that is deceiving!!!! We were looking for breakfast the next morning and the man at the counter said it was grab and go which consisted of either muffins or a granola bar and a juice. So was very disappointed with that because it’s not advertised as being a grab and go cause has it been I would have been less disappointed. There is a McDonald’s next door and well they aren’t friendly there but at least it was something. I can see trying to cut corners but at least don’t cut corners on the air in the hallways or in the rooms when you are expecting guests. Wouldn’t stay here again unless I just needed an overnight stay and was leaving within 8 hours of staying.

Very little choices of breakfast items. Would mot let me change my booking. Will never use this hotel or Expedia again!

Room was as pictured and clean.

Initially tv did not work in my room. When asked about switching, front desk clerk said he wasn’t sure if it was possible in the system. Asked if he would discount room because of the tv he didn’t know that either. Took a lot of prompting but he finally reached out to the manager and switched out the tv. Issue was resolved satisfactory, but it took entirely too long
