Room was pretty run down but didn't hear much noise pretty much only there to sleep on race weekend!

They guy at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude

The cleaning lady was nice. Location was great.

The floor to our room was definitely not clean or mopped previously. The toilet was shaking when I tried to use it. Television or phone didnt work bed was bad. Furniture was bad cigarette burns everywhere . No microwave in our room. When we went for complementary breakfast it was bread and cereal. Bed frame/ posts were sticking out from under it on both sides i tripped and bruised my ankle.

Blood dried on the toilet seat. Heater/AC broke, its cord didn't fit the receptical, TV broke, couch lacking internal support and couldn't be sat on. Light out near bed. WiF down. Door to bathroom had been kicked in nearly inhalf, and roughly glued together. The faucet to the vanity sprayed water on the counter and me. The manager responded to each item w/ a smile and never managed to fix or resolve a thing. A third world nightmare. I was too tired to find another hotel. Eventually I was given another room on my insistence, it was not much different. I settled on the third room offered. It was also the pits. This place needs the board of health to condemn it.

Included breakfast. Staff were pleasant and tried to be as helpful as they could.

Television did not work staff did try to help but were not successful. Breakfast was just bagels and cereal.

we were approached by prostitute upon arriving in the parking lot. I was approached by a gentleman and asked for cigarettes and money. There was no running water in the first room, used condoms outside the doors on the second room.

place is not good at all

This was without a doubt the worst place I have seen. It should be condemned. I felt very unsafe. Lots of neglect showing inside & outside. Needless to say I did not stay & am attempting to be reimbursed.

Literally the only good thing about this place was the gentleman at the counter when i checked in. He was friendly and helpful.

Paying $95 for the worst room ive ever stayed in kinda upset me. Bathroom door was broken, knob for the water in the shower was not even attached. Hot water didnt want to work. Then, 7 minutes into my barely Luke warm shower, it decided to be scalding hot. There was a blunt roach in the tissue box compartment. Toilet was filthy. Roaches were in the room as well. Not to mention the landscaping brick holding up the Ac. If I didnt absolutely NEED to be there, I wouldn't have been. I was afraid to complain because I couldn't afford to go anywhere else and wait 3 business days or more for a refund.
