Hotel beds were kind of awkward …ac rattled and housekeeping rapped on door at 930 despite privacy sign on door …

Bed sheets had something like paint and rubber melted on them mixed with hair. Wash clothes were cleaned but had hair tangled or balled up and folded with them. Bathroom train has probably never been cleaned.

The room was very nice comfortable beds. Halls was quiet. Bathrooms was clean.. I stay at days inn in California so satisfy with room . Front desk personal was very pleasant.

Being a summer months seems the pool would have been cleaned it was green . We was there for track meet for weekend . So we only stayed Fri night and went to another hotel with a pool. That reason for us leaving at 9am.. the breakfast could have been better .

Sheets were stained, hall was hot, just needs more cleaning walls are dirty as well.

Really disappointed I couldn’t use the pool. It was listed as having a pool. Then was told it was for residents only. Never saw anyone in it the whole week I was there. I’m a 52 yr old grandma who just wanted to float in the pool for an hour while in New Orleans.

The drawbacks to this hotel is there is NO ELEVATOR! The snack machine had no assorted snacks. I will say, the room and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. It is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. It’s a good last minute place to stay Just have to know, there is NO ELEVATOR!
