"The first place I ever seriously wanted to leave within 10 minutes of check in."

Hot tub and sauna area were clean.

Staff said no pool rooms available. Which is what I booked. Gave me a room on 1st floor. Keys didn’t work. Staff make you feel like an idiot when you tell them they don’t work. Turns out they didn’t work after all. AND THE ROOM WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED! Moved me to a room on the 2nd floor (I have a problem with stairs). The stairway up is sketchy at best. The door to the room next to us was CUT open which doesn’t make you feel real safe. The bathroom faucet leaks continuously. The TV didn’t work (again staff make you feel stupid when you tell them so we just used our phones. They never did fix it)

Location was close to the concert venue.

Cocroaches in our room, dirty bedding. Dirty bathroom. Room smelled terrible.
