Quality Inn St Paul-Minneapolis-Midway

Cuando llegamos a pagar la estancia nos dijeron que teníamos que dar $100 más y eso no lo decía en el booking que separamos para un total $350, para una estancia que no cumplió nuestras expectativas. De desayuno solo había pan. El baño estaba un poco demacrado. La tapa del toilet estaba suelta y la tuvimos que arreglar, la bañera estaba sucia con hongo. El tv no servía tuvimos que llamar para que lo arreglaran. Las sábanas estaban manchadas y el aire acondicionado todo lleno de polvo.

Our hotel room wasn't very clean. The towels and the sheets weren't clean. The bathroom sink was broke so the water didn't turn off. The pool was shut down. The breakfast was very limited but not allowed to be taken back to our rooms.

Easy check in. Super fast and efficient. Was able to accommodate an earlier check in.

No one at front desk to check in. Coffee maker in room was broken, No soap in the shower, ice machine on 2nd floor didn’t work. I would 100% not advertise as having breakfast. A pack of Walmart mini donuts and some bread is what was served. I would never stay her again.

This hotel was awful. The carpets were sticky, no working outlets, building was dirty and dated and a group of homeless people were staying in broken down vehicles in the back with vicious dogs were I needed to park. This place should be bulldozed.

Place is a dump! Smells like cig smoke & weed. Carpet is sticky. A/C didn’t work. “Breakfast” was toast & coffee, completely inedible. Having the name “Quality Inn” on the sign out front is an insult to the chain. Absolutely will never stay here again. I would sleep in the gutter before I would stay here.

I did not even stay at the property. When checking in there was a homeless lady in the lobby picking cigarettes out of an ashtray. It’s in a very unsafe area. I just took a loss on my money. Do not book here!!!!

Well, to start, the toilet didn't work. The TV didn't work, had to get working remotes, and no channel guides available. Furniture in the room had veneer peeling off. Other than the person at the front desk, VERY little command of the English language from anyone. All were clueless as to how to fix anything. Went next door to attached restaurant, had to go into the kitchen to get service, again, no English, until the front desk guy came over to take our orders. Two ice machines, both broken, no elevator (two elderly people with bad knees had to navigate the stairs), pool was closed for repairs. Had to be moved to a second room, ended up even farther away from parking lot, same TV problems, big gash in carpet, very few wall plug ins, and the power strip had a short in it. No local maps in front office. "Continental breakfast" was stale cereal, warm milk, slices of bread on a tray, and small powdered donuts. No fruit, no juice, terrible coffee. With ALL the issues, no offer to make things right, or better. Only thing that kept me from giving one stars for everything is that the person behind the desk was at least polite, and the AC worked in both rooms. Definitely won't be back! Used to be able to trust the Quality Inn brand...
