Well since I can't revise my other review. But, they wanna try and say I didn't pay them. WRONG!!! I have every receipt. Matter of fact let's go ahead and throw this out there since they want to try to make me look bad when it was actually them. I had to set up a camera in my room cause they wanna go in ur room while ur gone and go thru ur stuff. They are racist the Indian woman. Won't even check in African Americans. They violated my rights about my service animal....

"Location hotel with minimal comfort."

Location was perfect to visit my dying Dad in hospice. Bed was comfortable.

TV didn't work. There were 2 of them. One on the wall. Didn't work, then another one in front of it. Had to plug in and attach HDMI. Remove was for Direct TV and not the actual TV. Had to figure out how to get it on the right HDMI. Then the hair dryer didn't work. There was no breakfast. Bathroom was disgusting. Tub has black mold on outside of it. Wasn't very clean by baseboards. One pillowcase had stains on it. Bed covers, yuck. 2 coffee packets for 2 people for 3 days?

Floors were not clean. I walked in my socks. They got dirty. Otherwise the room was fine.
