Location

This is a budget hotel. Noise can be heard from the next door since walls are thin, there is no designated spot for smoking and anybody can just smoke in front of their room so if you are not smoking and tenants next door are smoking outside the room then you will unfortunately inhale the same smoke. Also noticed that tenants/people just hang around in front of their rooms outside like they are having a party.
