"Beautiful property"

Huge room. The bed was amazing. Gorgeous to relax in and the pool is perfect. Close to food which helps a lot if you wanna walk and or DoorDash.

The bathroom was pretty small and the fridge kept making a loud popping noise but other than that no complaints

Friendly staff. Great beds for a good night sleep. Quiet. Decent continental breakfast. They had no issues with us leaving a car parked for the day while we explored the area.

The women at the desk Friday the 14th until 11pm was very kind. When I initially booked the 12th the two women I spoke with were not as kind. The employee when I arrived the 14th went above and beyond I really wasn't expecting that after my phone experience and was very pleased. She made my stay more enjoyable just by being kind and helpful

My initial call when I had issues with booking. They had sais they were calling booking.com a few times, said they couldn't do anyting then when I gor past ai at booking.com and spoke to a live agent they called for me and had no problem switching to the correct time day. When I made the mistake making the booking the same day I booked the young lady at the desk when I called said she saw nothing but then she said it just popped up. When she aaid calll booking.com thee ai said it was already being processed but I could call the property and ask foe an exception. I called baxk the property and she huffed and said she would call back in a few minutes like she did before but not before she said " I didn't touch your card!" I really wasn't sure how to feel about the situation but booking.com also said that property never called but he had then put me on hold called property and it was fixed! Definitely makes or breaks a customer's experience when employees don't have a good attitude. Again happy when I arrived someone behind the desk was polar opposite!
