"The location is nice, but I can find somewhere else to stay if the staff is going to be as rude as they were."

It is a good location, next to the harbor and beach.

The staff, specifically the front desk woman is very rude. The pool is disgusting and the hot tube was green the whole week stay. The floors also turned my sons feet completely black if he did not wear shoes in the room and the floor was also very sticky and had to be wiped with a wet towel before we could walk in it, we were told the room had just been cleaned.
