RULES RULES RULES... I don't like leaving a poor review, but here's my honest opinion... if it saves someone else from feeling so restricted during a time, you want to feel like you're on vacation. This is not a vacation rental! The property is more of a retirement community with many, many RULES. It seems almost everyone is on long-term rental stays. I wish all the RULES were more transparent before booking the property! I will attach the rules list to my review so others aren't surprised, as we were. There are many cameras. You cannot do the follow on the property outside of your room/ condo: no talking in your phone, no facetime, no music, no video meetings (you must use earphones) You will have a car wash experience from the 3am sprinklers with no warning if you leave your windows open to enjoy the breeze. You can only get fresh towels on Wednesdays (although I was given some when I asked, but certainly told this rule) we weren't event there on a Wed. So don't get your beach/ pool towels wet/ sandy and expect to be able to exchange them daily. The laundry area closes early on tues and thurs. The condo needs to be updated: missing outlet covers, broken towel racks, etc. My friend smokes, of course, not in the condo (there was no smoking except 1 location in the parking lot facing the road). The beds were very uncomfortable.

The Aqua Mar was just what we needed for our holiday break. The location on the intercoastal was beautiful and convenient to the beach, restaurants, and a publix was just a mile away. We flew into Miami and took the Tri-Rail to Pompano Beach, then grabbed a ride share to the property. We are late 50's early 60's in age and REALLY appreciated that there are no pets and there were also no children there when we were there. The heated pool was never crowded and we always had pool chairs available during our stay. We stayed in a top floor, one bedroom apartment and it was very well appointed/equipped. All in all, a very pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend the Aqua Mar, and would happily stay there again.

ON THE intracoastal. pretty quiet. good management.

Bien situé, propre, vue sur le canal, 5 minutes à pied de la mer, condo moderne et tout équipé avec tv en français, accueil en Français, un vrai bijou…
