Aqua Mar Condos

Nice Pool and Patio ...it was nice to watch the boats go by...walking distance to restaurants and the beach

Check in was at 2 pm, we arrived at 3:30 and cleaning person was still cleaning condo. We had to wait around 1/2 hour before getting in. That was fine because it was clean and very nice setting. There wasn't anyone in the office and we just grabbed our envelope with keys. The place is quite, clean and nice. No smoking on the inner side of complex (which was fine for me but my husband smokes but back side had an area). I didn't see anyone except cleaning lady until Thursday (I checked in on Monday) and SHE WASN'T pleasant/nice at all. The cleaning lady told us to put the towels on the table and she would pick them up, which I did and the next morning there were still on the table. That is when the manager knock on the door and said "we don't do that" and pointed to the door with rules on it. I explained that the cleaning lady told me to do it and she pointed to the door rules. I know there are rules but I was told something else and just the way she spoke and approached me wasn't nice. Besides that the water didn't go down in tub, cable went out (storm did that and it came back on shortly). Over all most was minor and again it's a beautiful place and environment. Would recommend for most.

Great location, right on the intracoastal, quiet, and a short walk to the beach. Several great restaurants are an easy walk away.

They allowed us to check in early, it was immaculate, the location was ideal and the property was beautiful.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this quaint and relaxing property, had a great view of the intercoastal waterway and beautiful plants and flowers throughout the yard. Our apartment was spacious and the kitchen well-equipped, management was very accommodating and able to move us to a ground level apartment to provide easier access for my wife, who happened to be on crutches.

Great location and atmosphere. Everything you could ask for!

Beautiful, quiet and well maintained tropical outdoor area, the pool and views of the intercoastal waters with all the boats and yachts passing by was great entertainment. Beach was a 5 min walk. Condo complex was perfect, just the floor in our condo was alittle dirty because our feet got black even right out of shower. Will stay again in future.

I am hesitant on this review as it is such a hidden gem!! Small, quiet and friendly.... We enjoyed the area and loved location on the main intercostal. We plan on returning in June.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about. From administration to house keeping to just relaxing, it one of the best places to go to.

My stay at the Aqua Mar Condos was very pleasant. The location on the inter-coastal waterway was truly amazing. The condo was perfect in all regards. I would definitely stay again.
