"Excellent"

The hotel itself was great but the buffet breakfast was a disaster... my niece, my husband and I had stomach ache and we throw-up pretty bad, and i got fever... my suspicion was the food served at the breakfast buffet. We did not eat anything after that breakfast but after 2hours we're all vomiting...i had to pay extra for my niece for the breakfast.

Clean room and room somewhat meet US standard. Best of all, breakfast buffet was good! Enjoyed the local dish batchoy that was good. Very accessible location. Hotel staff were courteous and congenial specially the front desk staff.

"Good quality hotel and centrally located"

Stayed 2 nights whilst visiting friends in Iloilo. Hotel is the top 2 floors of a new shopping mall.Has not yet had time to be run down.

"Centrally located but poorly trained staff"

Being part of the Wyndham group I expected a better level of service from the Reception staff then we received, the Hotel provides "free Wi-Fi" but its unusable at about 0,1Mbps, this not much better then 1995 dial up standards. When I complained, all that happened was, try this code Sir. this was just a useless, and the Hotel manager did not care about this, or about us extending and being advised we have to change rooms, no issue there, expect cleaning services called at 1500 on the day saying they needed to service the room. Reception had convienently not bothered.

"Best Breakfast Buffet and great location"

This hotel had an Amazing Breakfast buffet we were very impressed and the location is perfect you are actually located inside a mall and supermarket so its extremely convenient.

"The good, the bad and the ugly"

The good: Hotel restaurant and crew were excellent. We ate there for free breakfast, paid lunch and dinner. We were not disappointed. The rooms were clean and good size. The bad: the hotel seemed old, at least where we had our 4 rooms. The beds were comfortable. On free Wifi, they gave access code at the reception, but you only can use it once. You have to ask for more access codes when you need wifi. TV need to be replaced on one of the room. The ugly: the shower faucet was very hard to adjust to obtain the comfortable temperature for your use. It would be either hot or cold. This was true for the 4 rooms.
