Milford Inn

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, near both Boston or Providence. The stay was great and the hotel was lovely. I would definitely return!

Everything was close

Breakfast was nice each morning. The elevator was filthy and looked like it had not been wiped down in weeks. Dirt & finger prints were all over the doors, walls & operating buttons for floors. The smell in the lobby was horrible. It smelled dirty & like perfume & colognes. The entrance coming into the hotel was filthy. The automatic doors were filthy and haven’t been cleaned. It’s very simple to clean the glass doors with window cleaner but having a lack of staff obviously made it impossible. Thank goodness I didn’t have to touch the doors to open them. It was gross

The hotel room was very clean, the breakfast was amazing. Ome of the best stays at a hotel

The room had smoke odor badly.

Nobody at desk when I arrived, had to call them. All lights in lobby turned off. This was mid-afternoon. Filthy room.

Overlooking a Lowe’s. Breakfast was disgusting. Other guests were loud early in the morning and the walls are so thin. I was charge $180 and $422 which Eric told me was a hold and I wasn’t charged but I absolutely was as it shows on my Chase app they were both charges and neither was refunded. Toilets didn’t flush. Hotel smells like strong cleaning product but super musty and dirty at the same time.

Our sheets were stained with something that looked like blood and the staff seemed bothered when we asked for them to be changed. The room and bathroom were grungy and appeared to have not been cleaned very well

The bathroom sink did not drain properly. The air-conditioning/ heater did not work properly every day. The refrigerator had some kind of water leak issue. We could not communicate our needs to the maids who were cleaning the rooms; language barrier. As a result, our room did not get cleaned properly.

Bathroom was disgusting. Grout had black mildew, tub had stains, open used bar soap, dead bugs on wall, gross shower curtain, uncomfortable beds and pillow. Just terrible.
