It was an excellent location staff were friendly and the balconies were amazing

The only thing was the bed was not very comfortable and the pillows.And the tub could have used a bar and mat for older guests.

there is absolutely nothing good about this bed bug infested place. staff is rude, i mean they act gangster to customers, then bother you in your room. spy camera found on the wall (outlet), authorities been informed. there is sauna which is great but you cant use it because mold is growing there, when heats up mold releases toxins that are literal lethal poison . this hotel should be somewhere in a village of Bangladesh and not in canada.

Breakfast don't usually get thin I ate one time of 4days .Resturaunt staff scheduled us for breakfast around groups they brought in. Not agood option for me. Braekfast good just not worth waiting around for resturant scheduling

Pool and cleanliness

The room was very dark., and I think they need to change the towels. And I could smell something in the washroom, mold Only 1 chair

I didn't like anything about the room, very dark, not enough light

The staff was not very kind at check-in. I felt attitude towards reasonable questions. the room was dirty, and the pillows were disgusting and stained yellow . The beds were uncomfortable, and the tv did not work, and the room was not restocked on the second day
