Clean budget motel with friendly staff

When i stated that I am traveling with 2 small dogs and asked if that was OK in the special request section, I received a text message from booking.com saying that my request had been approved and there was no extra charge but when I checked in I was told that wasn't correct and there would be a 20 dollar charge per dog. Also, the air conditioner had a loud noise when it kicked on.

Location to the event in Hamilton. Clean and comfortable

Fix the bathroom in the breakfast area. It has been Not In Use for several years. What's up with that.
