Very very dirty..beds, bathrooms towels!! Dirtiest looking towels I have ever seen! Completely worn down to threads and bed was filthy, pillows were flat and damaged. Bed had hairs and shower had various different hairs. Absolutely worst!!!!

Unfortunately when I first arrived at the property it was late at night and there were some people who made me uncomfortable going to my room. When I got into my room it was disgusting and old. I found a dirty pair of panties in the bed. The staff was great and immediately apologized and switched my room but the damage had been done already though. The second room was alright. Much better than the first and in a better safer part of the building. Closer to the office. The area felt unsafe and very sketchy. Unfortunately I won’t stay here again.
