I had an amazing day that customer service was five stars. They let me do a late check out. The hotels rooms are very clean
The breakfast could run another hour. We had to ask for a 2nd towel; we had reserved a room for 2 but there was only 1 towel in the room For the price we paid, $100.00 per night it wasn't bad and would stay there again.

We loved it! The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The coffee was good too! They have k-cups in the lobby. The lobby was nice too and it smelled so fresh and clean. We will be staying here moving forward whenever we visit Lincoln.
A switch was busted, there were no sheets on the fold out bed and no blankets could be found.
The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good (eggs, biscuits and gravy, and waffles) and it was clean. The only thing was that our TV remote didn’t work, but it was late when we got there so we didn’t bother with getting it switched out.
The hotel has been renovated. We stayed on the second floor in a big room that slept 6. Staff were great, housekeeping was stellar! Breakfast was basic but it was included and more than enough. We forgot a bag and the manager shipped it back to us the same day. THANK YOU!
The room used to be a smoking room… the smell was bad. They put our minimal items for breakfast.
Absolute joke of management. We stayed here because we needed to get out of a domestic situation. We picked this location because of the rates. Every time we ask for the weekly rate they would say they needed to talk to her manager and they would call us which never happened and then one morning they called I said I want the weekly rate they said the manager would call me never did 2 hours later got a phone call said that we were being asked to leave because we did not pay when in the earlier conversation I said Bill my card on file regardless for tonight. Then we made the beds and vacuumed to the floor and they charged us from our deposit. Unbelievable service and the worst ways
