The customer service was good

The room floor was extremely dirty. Looked like it wasn't swept or mopped in quite awhile. Dead crickets all over the room. Mold along the tub and tile.

Groesse und Sauberkeit des Zimmers.

Fruehstueck! Ich bin schon rund 30 mal in die USA gereist und weiss, dass das amerikanische Hotelfruehstueck nicht unbedingt ein Gourmetessen ist. Aber trockenes Brot, Marmelade, Kaffee, drei trockene Cereales, Apfelsaft und sonst nichts als Fruehstueck zu bezeichnen ist unverschaemt. Dann sollte man ehrlicherweise die Zimmer als ohne Fruehstueck anbieten.
